Form submissions on this site are delivered to us via a service called Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards them as email to info@gosolarteam.com. Once received, your information lives in our email and in whatever notes we make to prepare your quote or schedule your project. We don’t connect this site to a CRM, automated email tool, or any other third-party platform.
This site does not set tracking cookies, run analytics, or use ad networks. The only data exchanges happen when you actively submit a form. Your browser may store standard technical information (like remembering you’ve visited), but we don’t collect or read it.
If you’d like us to delete the information you’ve sent us — quote inquiries, contact form submissions, or anything else — email info@gosolarteam.com from the address you used (or include enough information that we can match it to your inquiry), and we’ll remove it from our records within 30 days.
If you’d like to remove a photo of your installation from our website or marketing, see the photo authorization terms in your signed installation contract, or email us at the same address.
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the section that changed.
